Prior to launching SPARC, Pandya served as a Senior Principal at HFA/TRIA, growing their Mixed Use, Repositioning, Interiors, and Multi-Family sectors and was previously a Principal at both Nelson Worldwide and CBT. Solberg previously served as the director of HFA’s Development Design Studio where he led a team working on small and large-scale commercial, retail, multi-family, and mixed-use development projects across the United States. Prior to HFA, Solberg also spent time at Elkus Manfredi, Carter Burgess, Wolf Architects, and Amaze Design.

In their new roles leading SPARC, both Pandya and Solberg bring an owner/developer mindset to their clients’ work. Understanding that the best way to create successful outcomes is by combining tried-and-true design intelligence with AI-powered tools, SPARC focuses on delivering turnkey spaces that owners can begin marketing and leasing immediately. Over time, SPARC intends to extend that thinking beyond conventional design services.
