TORONTO, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Aurora Towers today announced the appointment of Martin Pinnes as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 28, 2026. Lawrence Gleason, who has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chair, will transition to the role of Chair of the Board of Directors.

Martin brings deep experience across telecom infrastructure and investment, having most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Shared Tower, an independent owner-operator of telecommunication assets in Canada, and as an Independent Director at TeraGo. Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at FlexNetworks. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, where he focused on public equity investments in telecommunications and media across North America, Europe and Latin America. Accordingly, Martin possesses a unique combination of operational and financial experience and expertise that will be invaluable for the Aurora Towers platform as it continues its growth trajectory.
